1. Your account

You are responsible for activity in your AlignOS account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse AlignOS, including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, interfering with the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in AlignOS. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

4. AI features

AI-generated summaries, decisions, and commitments are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming AI output before acting on it. The AI will not send messages or assign commitments without your review.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Each plan includes a 30-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. You can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Meeting recording

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record a meeting and for complying with applicable recording laws. AlignOS provides controls to start and stop recording.

7. Service availability

We work to keep AlignOS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

8. Data processing

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
